Interreg Volunteer Youth (IVY) is an initiative to support Interreg and Cross-Border Cooperation Programmes and Projects. 

Promoted by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy and managed by the Association of European Border Regions (AEBR), IVY allows for the involvement of young people in projects of European Territorial Cooperation, Pre-Accession Assistance and Neighbourhood Cross-Border Cooperation Programmes.
